The CCPLab E-Report service is a direct
link to your patient reports. You can view pending and completed
cases for individual patients, displayed by name or within a range
of service dates--it's your choice depending on your preferences.
Results are available 24/7 to authorized users, who are assigned a
unique userid and password.
To begin using our e-report service, simply print, complete and
fax the access request form on our
